LinkedIn Using LinkedIn Answers

LinkedIn Answers lets you tap the knowledge of your professional network and demonstrate your own expertise.
Step 1
From your profile page go to More and Click on Answers.
Step 2
On the LinkedIn Answers Page you’ll see Questions and Answers from your Network and Extended Network.
Let’s start by searching for a question and seeing what others have to say about a particular topic.
Click on Advanced Answers Search.
Step 3
Now we’re going to search for a question. For example, let's search “How to use LinkedIn to Promote Restaurants”.
Click Search.
Step 4
While we didn’t find an exact match to our question, we did find a similar topic. Let’s click on the question that most closely matches our search and read the answers.
Click on the Question.
Step 5
This example shows how LinkedIn in general can promote a small business. The best answer says that “Participation is the key...” We think that is pretty good advice!
Step 6
Can’t find an existing question that matches your own?
Let’s go back and ask our own question. In the Question box enter a question.
Here we’re asking “What’s the best way to promote a Restaurant using LinkedIn?”.
Step 7
In this section, we can add details to our questions– like a category, or even a focus on a specific geographic location.
When you’re happy with your question, click Ask Question.
Step 8
You’ll now be given the option to invite specific people from your network to answer this question.
