Comments Start a Conversation Around Your Video
You can't completely control the comments being made about your video, but that's ok!
The Bad News: YouTube will not allow you to delete comments that other users have left on your videos. You can only delete comments you have created.
The Good News: You can ask to have Spam or inappropriate comments deleted from your videos. Plus, comments can be a great way to encourage an open dialogue with your clients and customers.
