What’s one way to fuse your social media marketing with the other marketing you’re doing? Use Facebook to get people to join your email mailing list . You may even find that your email service provider already has a way to connect email with social.
For example, Constant Contact has the Join My List app. This listbuilding app is free, easy to install and helps you make sure you can reach your audience, on social media networks or in their inbox.
Step 1
Get cracking. Go to http://www.facebook.com/ctctjmml and Click on Add to my Page.
Step 2
Connect the app with your page by Clicking Add to Page.
Step 3
Back on your Brand Page, click on the Join My List icon on the left hand sidebar.
Step 4
You’ll need to set up the app for your page. Click on Application Settings.
Step 5
Since this is a Constant Contact app, you need to connect with Constant Contact by logging in to your account.
Not a Constant Contact customer? Sign up so you can start growing your email list too.
Click Log In.
Step 6
Get people excited about joining your mailing list by creating a customized message.
When you are happy with the settings, click Save Settings.

Now you’re ready to start reeling in new email addresses on Facebook with your Join My Mailing List app.
